It's the only non-vegetable picture in my food series so far, taken at a street market in Burma.

My vegetarian friend felt queasy looking at this picture but I think it has artistic merit.

Reminds me of the time I ate some small barbequed birds, served like a stick of satay.

After I ate, I realised they were sparrows, my favourite birds. Felt real lousy after that.

Worse still, that was just outside a Buddhist temple!
