As a child, I used to check the tide times and wonder about a beach called Jasons Bay.

So when I grew up, one day I went. Also called Sedili Kechil, is several hours' drive away in Johor, Malaysia.

The tide was down that day and there was no opportunity to swim.

This picture made the trip worthwhile.

PS: As I write this, I decided to do a Google Search for Sedili Kechil and guess what I found – the first item listed was the Tide Table!
