I had been having this feeling for the past 2 over months. Noticed that when my mense is coming, I'll experience giddiness and blackout.....it's abt 5 to 10 days before and after menses. Didn't feel this way before birth.
I feels 'cold' and will avoid windy places if not will feel even worse, even want to vomit. Went to see the doctor but he says my blood pressure ok, not pregnant... except might have been affected by my baby who was having flu then.
Went to see Chinese sinseh (physician) and he says that my body very'weak. I had tried taking black chicken soup with chinese herbs but it doesn't seem to be effective. Get tired easily and had been very impatient : ( Any super revitalising recipe to share? - Li Ping Hi Ginny, Sounds like her condition is very yin. It's not just what to eat also what to avoid - yin foods including fruits, milk, sugar foods, spices, soft, mushy vegetables, etc.
If want to do this properly, I must see the person, consider what she had been eating, etc. It takes a long time and I must charge for the consultation. Could also be low blood sugar caused by excessively yang foods like too much salt. Or even by too much sugar - which causes the body to over produce insulin. Some foods are quite potent. Eg last night I felt a bit cold after just 4 buah duku (a very soft tropical fruit with leathery skin).
Hi Richard, Thanks for your reply. I had lots of durian almost every day about 1 - 2 months ago for about three weeks. Could not resist lah : ) Then i noticed all these weak feelings for about 1 - 2 months. Is it because of the durian? - Li Ping Hi Li Ping, DEFINITELY! Durians are very very weakening. And cooling! The "heaty" effect is temporary one, but in the long term, durian makes your body cold! Of all fruits, durians are the most yin or "expanding" - thorns outwards, smell spreads far, flesh very soft, rots (expands and breaks apart) very quickly and so on. It makes your body condition that way as well. I can feel the effects of durian the next morning - wake up feel very tired! |
